I'm looking for a nail polish pen that can be used to make designs and small details, not the 1 stroke nail polish pens.

honestly, that one chick that answered already is right. The salley hansen nail pens are the best. they are about 8 dollars each and are totally worth it. i bought some for my sister and she made these beautiful leopard spots on her toes. do urself a favor and dont purchase anything online. thats the worst thing to do. just drive over to walgreens, savons, target, or even walmart and buy youself a pair!

What are some fun crafts to make with ribbon?

there are plenty of beautiful things you can make with ribbons. a lot depends on the width & type of ribbon you are using.

- artificial ribbon flowers - arrange in ikebana style or any simple vase arrangement
- silk ribbon embroidery
- use for mobiles, curtains, etc - string beads, CDs, pipes, bells, etc. through them & let them hang at different lengths.
- weave to make mats, coasters, rugs, picture frames, book-covers, etc. Add/sew an edge for stability & to avoid fraying.
- weave to make mini quilts that can be used as a wall-decoration/piece too.
- braid to make belts, mats, rugs, coasters, etc.
- use to make bracelets, headbands, bandanas, wristbands, etc.
- weave into a square or rectangle. add some lining/batting. then fold & sew on 3 sides to make a purse. braid some more ribbons & attach to make the handle of the purse. attach a few small kawasaki roses made from ribbon, to adorn. :-)
- use for couching or as ornamental edges for other sewing projects.
- tie/glue ribbon bows or flowers to ornamental bottles, jars, closet potpourri satchets, gifts, etc. to adorn & beautify.
- make a mosaic of diff kinds & colors of ribbons. you can also create a landscape-type picture using the diff shades & frame.

BTW, to stop ribbons from fraying, you can apply either clear nail polish or Fraycheck or even diluted PVA glue. or cut at a 45 degree angle.

ADDITION :
- make board games, eg. tic-tac-toe, etc. You can make any of your fav board games with your fav ribbons/colors. use beads, buttons, etc. for each player. in fact you can cover buttons with ribbon too or make little kawasaki roses as playing coins. OR create any New game.
- make little raggedy dolls or to hang in the car. you can also use the ribbons to beautify a doll's house : use for upholstery, linen, lawn, etc.
- use as bookmarks
- use for filigree in greeting cards

Kyle- a cute boy with shaggy dark brown hair. He has dark brown eyes and loves to play football. His skin is a creamy peanutbutter color and he is hispanic. One of his parents are german and the other is mexican. Handsome-ish. On a scale of one to ten how popular he is with everyone, (teachers, friends, girls ect.) he would be an eight and a half.

Courtney Roche is a snobby girly girl with silky blonde hair past her pelvis. She always comes to school with a new purse or even a new boyfriend. She leads a gang of girls and all they do is chat about boys, gossip, play tricks on others, and most of all, reapply makeup. Courtney goes to the restroom about 12 times a day. She is slightly overweight, but you can only tell if she is wearing a bikini or something. Her toes are always painted and so are her nails. She wears boots up to her knees or high-eels. Either one. She is normal looking, not pretty nor ugly.

Okay here are a few suggestions but what you do will really depend on how many people you plan to invite. Once you know how many guests thier will be this budget will need to be tweaked and if there are people willing to do things let them buy the easy things that you are ordering. Note some places will give you a deal for bulk buying including dollar tree.

if someone has offered to do something for you let them-just make sure it is not something that you will have to ruch to fix if they change their mind. also let them sign all contracts if there are any

ATTIRE - $225 Your dress doesnt have to be a typical wedding gown-look through JC Penneys catalog for a bridesmaid dress in cream or a nice white dress or suit from your favorite store. He can wear his uniform or a nice suit that he already owns. If your baby is going to be there depending upon where you live their Easter or CHristmas outfit would be a good dress up choice http://www.jcp.com Dont forget hoisery and undergarments for all plus accessories including jewelry.

PHOTOS $125 with photo developing-there may be a family member or friend who is willing to take camera duty but i would reccomend a pro for this. Try to make sure to have them at the reception when you get there to get pics of you coming in. Ask for the proofs so that oyu can get prints made

CAKE $100 -Do you know a great baker if yes ask them if they can make you a cake for ingredient costs only. If not consider going to the local bakery and getting a sheet cake. Another great idea is to get a 1/2 sheet cake put on top of a whole sheet cake and your pic may be able to be put on this

FOOD FOR RECEPTION $200-think about a buffet of some type where guests create thier own salad- Use lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, bakon bits, croutons etc..
