Answer
French MAke-up artist by the name of Michelle Menard invented it back in 1920.

"Michelle Menard invented nail polish remover back in the early 1920s. She invented this hear in the United States. Although, they didn't name it or patent it, the Chinese had a form of polish remover that they used around 3000 B.C."

Hope it helped <33

"HELP" What should I wear?

Beautifull

I am going to a Ciara & Neo concert tonight, and I don't know what I should wear. I want to look sexy and classy for my husband because we have never been to a concert together before. Any Suggestions on fashion tips?

Answer
These other ladies seem to think you have no confidence. I am sure you know you're the finest thing in the room at all times, but since you asked for advice on what to wear, so here it is.

For a concert, although you might want to look sexy. it's a good idea not to wear stilettos or a miniskirt, because you could fall in the crowd(not classy) and miniskirts are not always safe for public places like that. No one knows it better than coco chanel. Wear a little black dress(hitting right above the knee- NOT strapless) with simple jewelry(white costume pearls- think 1920s), hair either wavy and flowing or in a loose updo, and wear some slightly chunky heels(they're so in right now) in red. Wear red lipstick(depending on your coloring) and red nail polish as well. Nothing more intriguing than an ensemble like that. and for makeup, keep it simple as well. a plain matte color in a color similar or complementary to your skintone with lots of dramatic lashes and simple black liquid liner(not too thick).

if it's cold I recommend a white or red cardigan and nude hose.

This looks is timeless and always classy. Sure to turn heads in the best way.
