Just create a character (or as many as you want), boy or girl, and add a description of their look (hair color, eye color, height, weight, ugly/pretty/handsome, etc.) and their personality and hobbies. It doesnt have to be a long paragraph. It would help me out with getting idea for a book I want to write. JUST MAKE SURE THEY ARE ALL TEENAGERS! :D

Kyle- a cute boy with shaggy dark brown hair. He has dark brown eyes and loves to play football. His skin is a creamy peanutbutter color and he is hispanic. One of his parents are german and the other is mexican. Handsome-ish. On a scale of one to ten how popular he is with everyone, (teachers, friends, girls ect.) he would be an eight and a half.
Courtney Roche is a snobby girly girl with silky blonde hair past her pelvis. She always comes to school with a new purse or even a new boyfriend. She leads a gang of girls and all they do is chat about boys, gossip, play tricks on others, and most of all, reapply makeup. Courtney goes to the restroom about 12 times a day. She is slightly overweight, but you can only tell if she is wearing a bikini or something. Her toes are always painted and so are her nails. She wears boots up to her knees or high-eels. Either one. I have to do a wedding under 1,000. Is it even possible. Help Please! We are getting married at the justice of the peace and want to have a small reception afterwards. Date is Sept 23,2007

Okay here are a few suggestions but what you do will really depend on how many people you plan to invite. Once you know how many guests thier will be this budget will need to be tweaked and if there are people willing to do things let them buy the easy things that you are ordering. Note some places will give you a deal for bulk buying including dollar tree.
if someone has offered to do something for you let them-just make sure it is not something that you will have to ruch to fix if they change their mind. also let them sign all contracts if there are any
ATTIRE - $225 Your dress doesnt have to be a typical wedding gown-look through JC Penneys catalog for a bridesmaid dress in cream or a nice white dress or suit from your favorite store. He can wear his uniform or a nice suit that he already owns. If your baby is going to be there depending upon where you live their Easter or CHristmas outfit would be a good dress up choice http://www.jcp.com Dont forget hoisery and undergarments for all plus accessories including jewelry.
LOCATION $0 - Use a friends house or the rec room at the local base. You may be able to use your employers location too, there may be a library or someone else that might let you use space for free-check out the local VA hospital too. THey have great conference rooms
