About japanese nail art?

Hey! For who don't know what japanese nail art is (I know these desings are kinda weird...):

Okey, so is there someone who knows some websites for buying stuff like this to use for my nail art desings? I don't wanna websites where people sell some nails with finished desings, I wanna websites where someone sells rhinestones, flowers, glitter, cute things and stuff like these, not only typical rhinestones...

Don't tell me Ebay because I know I can find some stuff like rhinestones but I wanna some cute or kawaii things handmade... And there ins't stuff like this on Ebay. I know that you can search japanese nail art like "gyaru nail art", "kawaii nail art", "japanese nail art" or something like this.

Simple nail art???????

Q. I have ALOT of nail polish and I just want to do something nice with my nails. The problem is I don't know what. I have basically any colour you could imagine, a dotting tool and a thin nail art brush. The only thing I don't have is one of those nail art pens. Anyways, what's something that would look cool? Include pictures or movies if you can please! :)
I'm pretty good with painting my nails and doing the lines good and everything, but I don't want anything really advance either.

Ooh, go to a craft store like Michael's and get some tiny flat-back rhinestones. Sticking a couple onto your manicure makes even a solid color look super super cute. Also you'll get loads of inspiration from this -

What are the best nail art supplies?

I've been wanting to but some nail art supplies, like a dotting tool and some colored pens. I have nooo idea what products are high quality and which don't work well. If anyone who has any experience in nail art could help with out with any information or recommendations I'd greatly appreacite it. Thanks!!

Dotting tools, Nail Art brushes , Rhinestones , Nail wheels Acrylic Paint, Nail art pens and maybe some konad for nail art stamping (:

I would recomend you check out bornprettystore.com there stuff is really good and cheap I have gotten my brushes,dotting tools, wheels..etc from there and they all work great, you can even google them for reviews

Brand of top coat that won't blur my rhinestones?

I have been using L'oreal top coat to seal in my nail art rhinestones and it always make my gems blur! Is there a brand of top coat that you would recommend that doesn't fog up nail rhinestones?

Seche Vite makes great top coats just for that! :) You can buy it at CVS or other drugstores also.
