i'm thinking about buying a cheap uv lamp nail dryer from ebay, and was wondering does it work on regular nail polish? without having to use the uv top coat? does it dry normal polish?

I bought get nail polish online and no uv lamp and was wondering if it mattered if I didn't use a uv lamp to dry them. I'm not doing any acrylic just the nail polish

well you can just test it and see if it does dry, i don't see why it wouldn't dry. Uv lamps are usually dangerous for your nails though, i wouldn't recommend them x
