im soo tired of buying bad nail polish! like you put it on and u can see threw it! Or it has no color. guh so annoying lol. so whats a good bottle of nail polish from your target,walgreens,cvs i.e drug store that wont do the things listed?:) thank you gjrls:)<3

I find that I really have to shop around for good polish..and honestly the more you spend the better quailty. It's also about the prep work. Most polish requires a second coat and also following up with a good clear polish can make it last. Always apply a thin even coat on all of your nails, and then follow up with a second coat after it dries. If you ever go to a nail salon.. the nail artist will do the exacr same thing. With that in mind. L.A Colors..Wet and Wild...NYC...are all pretty cheap polishes you can find at the local stores. Also make sure your hands and nails aren't oily or dirty before you apply the color. If your wash your hands all the time..you will also have to replace the polish more often... I work in the medical field and my nail color last 5 days tops..Hope that helps

Does white nail polish make your fingers look fat?

I have bigger fingers and was wondering if white nail polish would make them look bigger or if I should use a darker color?

actually, i think white nail polish DOES make fingers look fatter. not drastically of course, you would probably be the only one who notices a difference :)
if you are looking for polish that makes your fingers look slimmer then you should invest in a bottle of nude or nude-y pink polish. it will make your fingers look thinner and longer! I'm serious!
essie does a few great shades of this color- one is called ballet slippers and the other is called ador-a-ball. they both work wonders! if thats too expensive go to your closest cvs or walmart and they'll have lots of cheaper options!
