What crackle nail polish will crack like this picture?

I really like this kind of a crackle/shatter but can't find this brand - BK polish. Does anyone know of any other crackle/shatter polishes that make this kind of a design as opposed to the jagged OPI shatter design?

Honestly, I don't think any shatter nail polish will look like that. I've tried many, and not one looked like that. But, china glaze and OPI do make good shatters.

What color nail polish is good for very short nails?

I used to bite my nails, but recently, my grandma bought me a whole lot of nail polish. I've been trying to stop my habit, but my nails grow slow and are still very short (very similar to the picture below). What color would be good for really short nails?

My nails are usually pretty long, but right now they're relatively short because I just cut them.
I really like how light purple looks on short nails. Right now I'm wearing Essie Lilacism. It's one of my favorite nail polishes, at the moment.

I also really love sheer pink colors. I think they look nice no matter how long or short your nails are.
