How long does it take for something to ship from China to U.S with expedited shipping?

I ordered a dotting tool (for nail art), so its a small item on EBAY and it was expedited USPS shipping. pls help!

you won't get it for about 4-5 weeks. since its small, they shipped it using the slowest shipping method.

they only ship fast if you buy in bulk & weighing 21kg+, then you get the items 7-10 business days via dhl.

China's 13 hours away from us so, expedited, I would guess a week or so. Not sure.
