Answer
Ara Spa to Open at the Ameristar Casino*Resort*Spa St. Charles Spring 2008

The new, $265 million Ameristar Casino*Resort*Spa St. Charles will include a 400-room all-suite luxury hotel (open), a 7,000-square-foot full-service spa, an indoor/outdoor pool area with landscaped grounds and waterfalls, a 19,200 square feet of state-of-the-art conference and meeting facilities (open) and a 2,000-space parking garage.

The 7,000-square-foot, full-service Ara spa will open in the Spring of 2008 and will offer a full menu of traditional and unique signature spa services in six private treatment rooms, including a dedicated facial room and a wet room reserved for body scrubs and washes.

You will renew your body and spirit with a massage or facial treatment, then relax and reflect in one of the eucalyptus steam rooms or dry saunas. Finally, you will be able to enjoy a serene and peaceful moment in one of the massive whirlpools featuring dramatic and invigorating waterfalls.

The full complement of spa services will include a unique wet experience for both men and women with steam sauna, swiss shower and hydro pools, nail bar, custom pedicure banquettes, relaxing lounge, complimentary beverage service, and spa boutique.

Spa and hotel guests will be able to enjoy the custom designed indoor / outdoor pool. This expansive facility also features tranquil fountains, romantic fire pit, relaxing hot tubs and 8 private cabanas, each featuring a 19" television and comfortable outdoor lounge seating.

What is the best inexpensive nail salon in the valley?

I'm from the east coast, where nails are essential and done well at a good price. (Usually 20 bux for a full set with nail artwork included in the price.) I'm looking for a similiar price range here in Arizona, but most nail places I've been to charge a whopping 35 dollars for a full set and 5 dollars per nail for artwork, that is IF they do indeed provide that service. Does anyone out here know of any nail salons that are not quite that expensive, that does good art work, and doesn't charge an arm and a leg? Please let me know I'd really appreciate it. Thank you!

McClintock and Elliot.
Super nice people, not crowded, CLEAN, and low prices. My sister and I got spa mani/pedis (no tips put on, just our regular nails) for $27. My sis got art work and it was $3 extra. Flat, not per nail. I just moved from CA and that is super cheap. Good luck!
