I saw in the sunday ad that it's a buy one get one half off deal for their OPI nail polishes and towards the bottom of the page it says the website. but when i checked the website, the only OPI related products they sell are the Nicole collection which i already have. and i can't really go to the actual store because the nearest one by me is a 45minute drive ): so can someone tell me where i can buy OPI nail polish online
&& does sephora by any chance sell OPI?
Answer
Unfortunately Ulta's web site doesnt sell OPI nail polishes, But I promise you if you go to an Ulta Store, there are OPI nail polishes there. At sephora they sell Sephora by OPI nail polishes which are OPI's nailpolishes technically but made exclusively for sephora

What are some good drugstore nail polishes?

Answer
most nail polishes are good. don't believe people when they say something about a "better formula"
i have opi polishes.. i also have wet n wild "craze" polishes.. i also have chanel.. i also have essie, opi, sephora by opi, and sinful colors...
the only advantage opi/essie/china glaze/etc.. have over the cheaper drugstore brands is there color selection.. so if you're looking for a color you can't find in a pharmacy... then go to ulta or sephora or a beauty supply store and spend the extra $ for the expensive ones..
otherwise, sinful colors is the same formula & polish as OPI and china glaze
and sally hanson is the same as essie when it comes to formula..
So I would go for the wet & wild craze line (if it is still out) and if not, sally hanson or sinful colors..
personally if i were in a drugstore i'd go for sinful colors because of the price (under 3$) and color selection, and how the bottle is so closely similar to my OPI bottles which i have a lot of..
so my final answer, in order of preference:
1) Sinful Colors (2-3$)
2) Wet & Wild Craze (1-3$)
3) Sally Hanson (pricier..)
4) Nail Hardener (those big bottles) (2-3$)
nail polish is nail polish.. some streak, some take many layers to achieve the color you want.. regardless of the price.. no polish is perfect...
if you go for sinful colors try this new color "mint apple" its just like essies "turquoise and caicos" and its beautiful!!!!!!! i have both and i find myself reaching for the sinful colors mint apple so much more!
