How do I report image theft on e-bay?

I have a website with art images that I created, and I recently found out that someone has taken those images and is selling them as nail decals on e-bay. I posted this on a forum I go to and someone gave me a link to where you can report this sort of thing on e-bay. Then the dopey moderator removed the whole post because apparently I was violating forum guidelines in talking about e-bay.

So my point is, where do I go in e-bay to report image theft?

You can report photo theft by sending an email including eBay Item ID/Number.

- eBay seller's member ID
- eBay seller's store name
- eBay Item Title
- webpage address/url of the listing that contains photo

Contrary to popular belief,I believe that images and such are NOT free for the taking just because there is no copyright.
this is called intellectual property and is protected as such.
If you can prove your the artist,etc and you posted something stating that the images are not free for use or something to that effect.

try FindLaw.com and post your question, there are Lawyers that can help you with this sticky situation.
It can be very confusing, it is always wise to copyright your images
