I am looking for a hair dye, make up brand, and nail polishes that I can buy in a store like Target or something similar. I cannot order offline and I do not have a Sephora or an Aveda anywhere near me. Thanks.

well aveda is awesome!
but target has a great "natural beauty" section its located by the makeup. they have tons of awesome brands that im not even gonna waste my times naming.
also the brands almay, white rain, yes to carrots, saloon selective, physicians formula(well at least the organic line). don't test on animals.
the only brands i've seen at walmart is bonne bell, physicians formula and almay.
Walgreen's also has a pretty good section look for it around the makeup.
be aware just because a brand does not test on animals does not make it vegan!
finger nail polish is the hardest thing to find vegan in my opinion, nyc does not test on animals.
also victoria secret has a organic body line that is awesome.
and look out in hair products specifically mousses for gelatin.
oh and tj maxx carries alot of good/organic brands at discounted prices.
oh and bath and body works doesn't test on animals! but many products aren't vegan, just read labels.
