Start out with dotticures :) They are so much fun and really easy! All you need is a dotting tool, or a bobby pin and a toothpick :)

Cosmetology school is Cosmetology School. If you want to learn how to do it the Japanese way, You go to Japan, become a citizen, and go to School in that country. Just to add, You don't need a "Japanese school" to do what they do. You can learn it all after you graduate and take classes. It's the same way ANYONE can do make up, or nail or hair.
