Can I return nail polish to a different ulta?

I bought two colors today at a store in TX and they're way to sheer (they're by the brand Essie). I want to return them a.s.a.p and swap them out for 2 other colors, but the problem is, I don't live in Texas. Can I return these nail polishes at a different ulta, back home where i live? Thanks!

orly hot stuff nail lacquer. my favorite shade is Blue Collar!

it's free of toxic chemicals, but still looks electric. haha.
