I want specific nail art supplies. I need a dotting and swirling tool, nail glitter set, a really fine, thin nail brush.
I dont want to buy these things online because i dont own a credit card... im only a teenager.
Are there any stores that have these specific supplies? like local stores.
Please and thank you!

www.dollarnailart.com
great source for beginners. their rhinestones aren't the greatest of quality, though. i get mine on ebay, and they're usually labeled as 'korean rhinestones'. they aren't as sparkly as swarovski crystals, but they're much better than other acrylic gems.
for stripers, those bottles of colored polish that have long thin brushes used for creating lines, i find that a lot of cheap mom-and-pop owned beauty supply stores (not like a sally's) have them for only 2-3 bucks each. you shouldn't have to pay more than that for them.
also, acrylic craft paint is PERFECT for nail art. it's water-based, so if you make a mistake you can just wipe it off before it dries. use a tiny paintbrush or even a toothpick to draw designs with them. they're only like 45 cents or so per color at walmart. just remember to seal the art with a layer of topcoat.
