I have a nail polish brush that is gummy and matted, but I don't want to throw it out cause there is a lot of polish left in the bottle. How do I clean it and for how long?

Try swilling it around in nail polish remover. Then once most of it is gone, rinse the rest of it off with plain water until you're happy with it. ^^

Although if the brush is gummy and matted, chances are that the polish is gummy and matted too. Mix a teeny bit of nail polish remover or water with the polish to get it good again.
