i would love to buy KONAD nail image plate, scraper and stamper, but i live in a country in which i can't buy it.... even though i can not buy it online cause don't have a credit card...... so, is there any way to make my own nail tools?

Bundle Monster is a cheaper nail stamping kit. It is so cheap I'm sure you could ask a credit card from a friend and pay him/her right away!
