I want to know how to make nail polish remover or what items around the house could remove nail polish easily.

Pure acetone works. So does 99% isopropyl alcohol. I've tried the 70% and the 91% stuff, but 99% works best. It's stronger than any of the others. Also, Methyl Ethyl Ketone (an ingredient in many polish removers). Your dad, brother, or neighbor may have some in their garage that you can use. Basically, any solvent should work fine to remove polish. But, some are safer to use than others. Like, do NOT use paint thinner, ever. This is very, very bad on your skin...
